My Favorite Coffee Recipe

I used to be addicted to those fancy non-dairy creamers. 

You know the ones...caramel, french vanilla, coconut, and random cookie flavored ones. 

I loved to drink my morning coffee with the amazing taste of these creamers. 

Mmmmm, they are so good! 

But I always got a headache after drinking them. And I always felt sick. 

When I became a Certified Life and Weight Coach, I learned a ton about the body and the brain. And it became clear that these delicious creamers had to go. 

So, I set out to find an alternative. Something with a lot less sugar. 

And that's when I found my favorite coffee recipe. 

Here it is:

  • 16 oz. coffee 
  • 1 tsp cacoa butter
  • 1 tsp MCT or brain octane (optional) 
  • A little pinch of monk fruit (optional) 

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy the frothy goodness!
