Do you provide meal plans?

The Question

I've never worked with a Weight Coach before. Do you provide meal plans?

The Answer 

Thank you for the question. 

The short answer to your question is no. I do not provide meal plans. And I'll explain why.

REASON #1: Meal plans are only as good as your ability to follow them. 

You know how the story goes. 

You search for the perfect meal plan. You look to different diets, different programs, social media, your friends and family. You look everywhere for it. 

You hear so much conflicting information that you end up frustrated and confused. Which leads you to inaction and feeling stuck. 

If this is you, I get it. I used to do the same thing before I became a Certified Life and Weight Coach. And now I know that the meal plan isn't the primary problem and it isn't the primary solution. 

The primary solution is to focus on your thinking. 

Why? Because your thinking is what ultimately drives all of your actions and inactions. Your thinking is the main thing that will get you to follow a meal plan once you have one. So, focus primarily on your thinking. And focus secondarily on the meal plan.

REASON #2: Your are the best person to create your own meal plan. 

I don't provide meal plans for my clients because they wouldn't help them.

The food that makes my body feel great and helps me lose weight will be different than what works for you.

You are the best person to create your own meal plan. Everyone's body is different. One person may feel great eating eggs and another may feel sick eating eggs. We're all unique. 

So, start by making a list of all the foods you like eating and feel great inside your body. This will be your starting point for your own unique meal plan.

If you work with me, I guide you through the process of YOU creating your own meal plan. And I teach you how to manage your thinking so you'll actually follow your meal plan once you have one.

If you're looking for the perfect meal plan, I want to encourage you to stop looking. 

Instead, be willing to create your own. One that's unique to you and your body.

Focus on your thinking every step of the way. Your thinking is more important than any meal plan you could ever create. Because your thinking is ultimately what drives to all of your actions. And it's what will get you to follow a meal plan once you have one.
