You might think I'm crazy but...
I no longer drink coffee.
Yup! It's true. No more coffee for me. Except the super-occasional cup.
I made this decision for 2 reasons.
So, I stopped drinking it cold turkey.
Now I'm a tea drinker. And I wanted to share with you my 3 favorite teas.
Traditional Medicinals Organic Spearmint Tea. It's caffeine free and tastes smooth. I boil water and brew the tea in it. That's it. No added anything for me.
Traditional Medicinals Organic Peppermint Tea. It's also caffeine free and has more of a robust taste. I make this the same way as the spearmint tea. No added anything for me.
Tazo Organic Chai Tea. It does have some caffeine it and has a powerful blend of black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, and spices. It's delicious. I boil water and brew the tea in it. I add some warm almond milk and my own little dash of cinnamon. Then, I use a milk frother to make it into a latte.
