“Weight loss is hard. It’s complicated. And there’s just too many options out there.”
Hi, I’m Andrea Scalici, Certified Life and Weight Coach. And I help motivated women lose weight before and after pregnancy. And I want you to know that if you believe weight loss is hard, or complicated, or there’s too many options, it’s ok. You can also believe that it’s possible.
It was possible for me. It’s possible for my clients. And it’s possible for you too. Regardless of how hard it is, you know how complicated it is, or how many options there are out there. It is still possible for you.
So, often times when we think about weight loss, we think about you know forcing ourselves to do things we don’t want to do, we think about how hard it’s going to be, you know how restrictive it might be, or how deprived we might feel. And it just feels so heavy, and if feels complicated, and it feels hard.
But I want to simplify weight loss. Like, let’s really simplify what you have to do or what you could do to lose weight.
I call them The 5 Simple Steps To Losing Weight.
5 steps, that’s it.
Step number one is following a sleep routine.
Step number two is drinking enough water everyday.
Step number three is creating and following a food plan.
Step number four is tracking everything. Writing it down.
And step number five is self-coaching. Or if you don’t know what that is, you can think of it like journaling. Like writing down your thoughts and feelings and just really getting in touch with that part of you.
5 simple steps to losing weight. That’s it.
