Hi everybody. I'm Andrea Scalici. Certified Life and Weight Coach. And if you're one of my clients, or you've been following me for any period of time, then you know I like to keep weight loss simple. 

There's enough complicated things going on in our lives today, right? We don't need weight loss to be another one of those things. Weight loss can be simple. 

So, with that, I teach The 5 Simple Steps To Losing Weight. You've probably heard them before, but Step number 1 is creating and following a sleep routine. 

Step number 2 is drinking enough water everyday. 

Step number 3 is creating and following a food plan. 

Step number 4 is tracking everything. Writing it down. 

And step number 5 is self-coaching or journalling. 

So, weight loss can be as simple as these 5 steps. If you do all 5 step together, and you're fully committed to them, and you really focus on them in your life, you will see results. 

Now, on this week's podcast episode, I go deep on step number 2, drinking enough water everyday. 

Last week I went deep on step number 1, the sleep routine one. But this week is all about drinking enough water everyday.
