Hey everybody. Andrea Scalici here. 

Today I want to talk about losing weight and tracking. 

I know a lot of people don't like tracking. They don't like writing down what they eat. They don't like writing down what they weigh. They don't like writing down anything. And if this is you, I get it. 

When I first started losing weight, I felt the same way. I did not want to track. But I knew that tracking would help me lose weight. I knew that it would help me see what I was putting into my body and what was happening on a daily basis. 

So, I forced myself to do it in the beginning. And that wasn't easy but I did. And I kept going with it.

Eventually, it became a habit for me. And now, I actually have grown to love it. I love tracking. I can't imagine my day without tracking. 

So, if that sounds crazy to you, I completely understand.
