I see you. I’ve been there myself. And keeping the weight on isn’t going to stop your brain from constantly thinking about it.
After I gave birth to my first son, I remember looking around me and thinking, “How am I going to take care of this tiny baby… let alone myself? How am I going to spend time with my husband? How am I going to build my business?"
I didn't have the answers. And so I did the only thing I knew how to do to comfort myself. I ate.
There were so many times I found myself staring at a pantry full of healthy options and heading straight for the cheese puffs or cookies because I knew they’d make me feel better (at least temporarily). Yet I was so frustrated when the weight wasn’t coming off.
Fortunately, I knew dieting wasn’t for me either. I wanted to change my relationship with food from the inside so I could stop thinking about food and weight loss and my body all the time.
I was vaguely familiar with life coaching at the time, but I had no idea if it was something that would help me. But what did I have to lose? I did not want to go on a diet.
So I searched for a podcast on life coaching — and the rest is history.
It took me just a few weeks to change my eating habits. After that, weight loss became so much easier. Then, it took me less than a year to reach my goal weight and create emotional balance in my life regularly. And what I learned about myself during that process has transformed me forever.
I became a Certified Life and Weight Coach so I could personally help you do the same.
